Objective:

Summary

1         Over 9 years of solid personal experience in SAP configuration and Business Process and around 8 years of commercial experience in SAP-HR (in-depth), FI-CO, MM and PM (Partly) configuration, HR-Programming exposure and solid experience with OM, PD, Recruitment, PA, Time Management, Payroll Accounting, CATS, and OH&S.  Able to recognize and identify where the client process needs of SAP configuration and enhancements. Communicated effectively with IT to make changes accordingly to meet the planned and required business process without any compromise.

2         Solid experience of around Ten years in a variety of JOB FUNCTION in India, Australia and Middle East. The roles include Business Services Analyst, Head of Project Development, Business Systems Analyst, SAP-HR and Medical Coordination, HR Administrations, SAP Configuration, SAP Security (Authorisations and Profiles) and SAP Test Analyst (Automated and Manual with test director) and SAP User Trainer.

3         Involved in many workshops and attended team presentations to gain knowledge and share my knowledge with the team members in the past and present working currently with EDS-Australia for the biggest SAP project in southern hemisphere in Melbourne.

4         Organising the training classes for the end users with designing and creating proper user manuals and course materials and recording the SAP process through the given soft ware for future references.

5         Well experienced and expert knowledge in designing, planning implementing the projects in the area of SAP and its modules, has been designing and implementing the projects, templates since around 8 years, gained expert and knowledge and excellent knowledge. Dealing the projects, support calls or regular development with excellent business analysis skills and the configuration skills by prioritising the work with the efficient method. And standards. Expert knowledge and experience in the other systems and applications like: internet applications, testing tools, service desk, citrix, Microsoft applications, VPN and RAS etc.

6         In total I was involved in 8  SAP-HR Implementations Versions 3.1H, 4.OB, 4.6B, 4.6C and 4.7 and  Upgrades, involved in upgrade preparations (BHP and Aluminium Bahrain, EDS, Wagner’s and Sohar Aluminium and more) and One BW implementation, testing of both SAP standard programs/reports and user defined Z-Programs/Reports and Z-tables, customizing through IMG, creating composite profiles, Normal profiles for the different objects, transactions and report generations user defined infotypes (Including Module Pool, Structures, Screens) transactions and user training and documentations. Currently working with 4.7 versions in Australia (SAP-HR, SAP Authorisations HR-PP, HR-PM and HR-FI Integrations).

7         Good understanding and knowledge in Health Care, FI/CO, MM, PM and PS modules using Cross Application Time Sheets (CATS)

8         Gained Very Good Experience and Expert Knowledge in End user Training of  SAP Introduction and SAP Modules like SAP-HR, SAP-HR, SAP-Medical , SAP-FI (FI/CO), SAP-MM and SAP-PM modules by working with Mining, Petroleum, Services, Aluminium, IT outsourcing Industries since around 7 years.

9         Well experienced and expert knowledge in preparing the course and training material.

10     Expert Knowledge and well experienced with SAP Training module for creating the Event Groups, Names and Numbers for the Annual Training schedules, Organizing Training sessions and Work Shops

11      Experienced SAP health care system like business process, designing, planning and Implementation.

12     SAP – BW Around 13 months experience with SAP-BW BW business process, BW Business Content, Generic Data Extractions, Delta Uploads, Data Maintenance and creating Queries and work books. Dealing with Info Sources, Infocubes, ODS, Objects and Queries.

13      Expert knowledge and well experienced working with SAP and SAP-BW system (other than routine SAP support and development job)around 13 months dealing with data targets, info objects, info sources, source systems, loading data into the infocubes and ODS and dealing with Queries and creating the favourites in BW system for the senior management.

14     I have analysed the SAP BW system and the requirements of the HR (OM, PD, Recruitment, PA, Time management, Payroll Accounting, Employee Relations), Medical and Training departments briefly and based on the analysis we designed our SAP BW system for HR part of usage. Using SAP BW standard Info sources, Objects, Info Cubes, ODS, Queries and custom defined one for the Organisation purpose. The other members of the team worked on the other modules which are relevant to their functional areas like SAP-MM, SAP-SD, SAP-PM, SAP-PP and SAP-FI/CO.

15      Expert knowledge and experienced with SAP projects and BW project, dealing with Project Management, Designing, Planning, Business Analysis, Implementations, Work shops, Support and Developments, Coordination, Testing, User Training and  Post implementation support. Well Experienced with SAP and BW business process, BW Business Content, Generic Data Extractions, Delta Uploads, Data Maintenance and creating Queries and work books.

16      Experienced in HR Programming (partly), Payroll Accounting and Configuration in HR Module(OM, PD, Recruitment, PA, Time Management, Payroll Accounting, Training modules).

17     Experience in Health Care, Authorizations / Profiles, End User Training and IMG configuration

18     Experience in development and Support with SAP-HR, BW-HR and CATS.

25     Expert knowledge in SAP-HR from 3.1H version to 4.6C (D front end), CATS, and partly FI/CO, MM, PM and Designing and implementing system in SAP.

26     Worked and gained experience as a Head of SAP-HR & Medical project development, SAP-HR business analyst / consultant, acquired brief knowledge in HR policies, business process, government regulations and legislation and its principles applications of both public sector and private sector. Good experience working with Developers (ABAP programmers and other Technical members like BASIS and network team) giving the required specifications for the custom developments and for the standards developments. Can provide quality advice as per the customer requirements and efficient and effective skills in planning developments for the smooth out comes and quality results.

27     Can work with the Developers over the BDC programming, SAP scripts, Screens, Reports and Tables specifications too. Can work with BAIS team members over the issues of user maintenance, user specifications and the SAP profiles, OSS Issues, SAP Note’s and the authorizations.
