Process and around 8 years of commercial experience in SAP-HR (in-depth), FI-CO, MM and PM (Partly) configuration, HR-Programming
exposure and solid experience with OM, PD, Recruitment, PA, Time Management, Payroll Accounting, CATS, and OH&S. Able to recognize and identify where the client process needs of SAP configuration
and enhancements. Communicated effectively with IT to make changes accordingly to meet the planned and required business process
without any compromise.
2 Solid experience
of around Ten years in a variety of JOB FUNCTION in India, Australia and Middle East. The roles include Business Services
Analyst, Head of Project Development, Business Systems Analyst, SAP-HR and Medical Coordination, HR Administrations, SAP Configuration,
SAP Security (Authorisations and Profiles) and SAP Test Analyst (Automated and Manual with test director) and SAP User Trainer.
3 Involved in many workshops and
attended team presentations to gain knowledge and share my knowledge with the team members in the past and present working
currently with EDS-Australia for the biggest SAP project in southern hemisphere in Melbourne.
4 Organising the training classes
for the end users with designing and creating proper user manuals and course materials and recording the SAP process through
the given soft ware for future references.

in designing, planning implementing the projects in the area of SAP and its modules, has been designing and implementing the
projects, templates since around 8 years, gained expert and knowledge and excellent knowledge. Dealing the projects, support

with the efficient method. And standards. Expert knowledge and experience in the other systems
and applications like: internet applications, testing tools, service desk, citrix, Microsoft applications, VPN and RAS etc.
6 In
total I was involved in 8 SAP-HR Implementations Versions 3.1H, 4.OB,
4.6B, 4.6C and 4.7 and Upgrades, involved in upgrade preparations (BHP and Aluminium
Bahrain, EDS, Wagner’s and Sohar Aluminium and more) and One BW implementation, testing of both SAP standard
programs/reports and user defined Z-Programs/Reports and Z-tables, customizing through IMG, creating composite profiles, Normal
profiles for the different objects, transactions and report generations user defined infotypes (Including Module Pool, Structures,
Screens) transactions and user training and documentations. Currently working with 4.7 versions in Australia (SAP-HR, SAP
Authorisations HR-PP, HR-PM and HR-FI Integrations).

designed our SAP BW system for HR part of usage. Using SAP BW standard Info sources, Objects, Info Cubes, ODS, Queries and
custom defined one for the Organisation purpose. The other members of the team worked on the other modules which are relevant
to their functional areas like SAP-MM, SAP-SD, SAP-PM, SAP-PP and SAP-FI/CO.
